Please contact us in advance to make an appointment so that we can reserve enough time. For customers from abroad we would like to recommend that you come for a nice trip to Switzerland. Besides the DS instruments you will find a lot of cheese, chocolate and mountains! Why not? You can write us your order or send us an e-mail. After we get your order we check it if all of the details are clear. If not, we contact you immediately to make corrections. To start the production of your order we need a minimum deposit of CHF 1500.-. As soon as your deposit arrives we confirm it with you and then we will start building your instrument. Just before the finish stages we will contact you. Then you can choose either to send us the rest of the amount or to get the instrument by COD parcel or if you want to collect it in the shop, you can pay the balance in cash. By the way, if you pay the full price for your instrument in advance we give you a 5% discount. The transport costs are chargeable to you.

Damit wir mit dem Bau deines Instrumentes beginnen können, benötigen wir eine Anzahlung von SFR 1500.-. Sobald das Geld bei uns eingetroffen ist, bestätigen wir den Eingang schriftlich und beginnen mit dem Bau deines Instruments. Kurz bevor das Instrument fertiggestellt ist, wirst du wieder von uns kontaktiert. Nun kannst du entscheiden, ob du den Restbetrag überweisen willst, ob wir das Instrument per Nachnahme verschicken sollen oder ob du es gegen Barzahlung bei uns abholen möchtest..Uebrigens, wenn du den vollen Betrag deines Instrumentes im voraus bezahlst, gewähren wir dir 5% Rabatt. Die Versandkosten gehen zu deinen Lasten.
